of warehouses
We can help customers who need to store their furniture, household goods and
personal effects short term or long term, offering modern, well-equipped,
safe warehouses in Milan, Vercelli, Rome and London with a total storage capacity
of 7000 cubic metres. Whether the goods are in transit or destined for long-term
storage, they are stored in personal compartments of various sizes (from 5
m³ for small lots to 35 m³) and locked 20' and 40' storage rooms
with numbered padlocks.
Storage methods
Prior to transportation and storage in our warehouses, furniture is wrapped
in multiple layers of paper and PVC bubble wrap.
Household goods and personal effects are carefully stored in special cardboard
containers of different types and sizes appropriate to their contents.
All packages are numbered with adhesive labels bearing a progressive number.
A detailed list is then drawn up, describing every individual pack; this list
becomes an integral part of the storage agreement.
Storage costs
Storage costs depend on the actual volume of goods. The rate is approximately
5.16 Euro per cubic metre per month, indivisible (minimum 5 cubic metres),
plus insurance at a rate of 0.77 Euro = x 516.46 Euro per month on the declared
value, with 3 months payable in advance. Prices are quoted without VAT.
